3. Hosting and server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, the previously visited page (referrer), and browser type and operating system.

4. Contact and enquiry form

If you write to us using the form, we process the details you provide: name, email address, phone number where given, subject and your message.

The sole purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, given via the checkbox in the form, together with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into a contract.

We store the data until your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively; it is then deleted unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Contact by telephone or email

If you call or email us, we process the data transmitted in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

6. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for operation. We use no analytics, tracking or advertising services and embed no social media plugins. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

7. Maps and directions

We embed no interactive map. The “Get directions” link takes you to an external map service; data is transmitted to that provider only once you follow it.

8. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. There is no connection to an external font service and no data is transmitted to third parties in the process.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

This website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so data transmitted between your browser and our server is protected against interception.
